Saint-Ouen (Seine-Saint-Denis) is putting itself on Brazilian time this Saturday March 30 for its first carnival since… 1977. On the program for this great celebration this Saturday, a tribute to the Rio carnival and the Brazilian Olympic delegation expected this summer.
“It’s an opportunity to get into the Olympic spirit since Saint- Ouen will welcome the Brazilian delegation,” adds Karim Bouamrane. For future editions, the carnival could focus on other themes such as Benin or love between peoples.
