The Amap (Association for the Maintenance of Peasant Agriculture) is a network of local farmers. In Eure-et-Loir, twelve structures exist and bring together around 500 families.

“For my household, 90% of the food comes from Amap,” attests Françoise Trubert. Around fifty producers are partners of these Amaps, half of which come from the department. At the moment, no goat's cheese because the sheep are breastfeeding, it's the counterpart of locavore.
