14 percent of 20 to 34 year olds in Bavaria do not have a professional qualification. Training in a company – i.e. “in the middle of your working life” – is of course more attractive. Starting this summer, there will also be tailwind from Berlin for young people: The Bundestag has decided on a training guarantee.
