In Square Jean-Lurçat, a district of Morsang-sur-Orge (Essonne), several buildings are at the mercy of rats. For about two years, countless rodents have taken up residence there.

“Here, we almost don't feel it anymore, we've gotten so used to it,” sighs one resident who recognizes its origin: it's animal excrement. Some even have rats living in their lobbies and staircases.
