Earlier this week he demanded that large food companies disclose their profits. The move comes in the wake of rising prices and interest rates in the U.S. and Europe. The European Commission is also investigating the matter, as is the European Court of Human Rights, which is responsible for the European Union's anti-discrimination laws.
