13 and 14 year olds cause serious car accident. Two male teenagers aged 13 and 14 crashed into several parked cars in Herne and were seriously injured.
Witnesses heard a loud bang around 3:44 a.m. and called the police. The young people are now suspected of having stolen the car involved in the accident. The police have started the investigation. The accident was preceded by a break-in at a car workshop, it was said. According to previous findings, the young people drove off the road at too high a speed.
