15-year-old charged with capital murder in shooting deaths of three people at Arkansas home. The suspect, who will be tried as an adult, also faces charges of setting a fire, abusing a corpse and tampering with evidence.
He is being held without bail. Police identified the victims as 47-year old Jacob Martin Sr.; Dara Martin, 53; Aleah Martin, 16. The three victims, with gunshot wounds, were found Saturday when authorities responded to a home that was on fire.
