165 tonnes of materials reused, 53 tonnes of waste saved: in Issy, the Equilis building goes green. The owner of the building, the Pimco company, a subsidiary of the insurer Allianz, hopes to make it a high-end asset in order to attract customers in a gloomy market.
Its designer himself, Anthony Béchu, 3rd generation of a family of architects, is in charge of this “green” and technological renovation, with his daughter Aliénor.
