Kathreen Adams and Christopher McLean are facing charges of neglect and possession of methamphetamine. According to the Holmes County sheriff, they left their daughter asleep in the hot vehicle all night, for about 14 hours in total.
A 2-year-old Florida girl who fell asleep in her car seat died after her parents allegedly left her in the car on purpose for 14 hours. The girl's temperature was 107 degrees "so we knew something didn't add up," the sheriff said of the initial 911 call.
