The Spanish edition of the British magazine Time Out lists 30 dishes to try in Buenos Aires. The list includes everything from the fugazzetta of a historic pizzeria to oriental cuisine.

There is everything from a steak eye at a neighborhood grill to a ramen at a Japanese restaurant. From snacks, such as a stuffed chipá, to very spicy main dishes such as milanesa or empanadas, these delicacies are worth tasting at least once in a lifetime, according to Time Out's writer Cecilia Boullosa, better known on social networks as Electric Girl (@chicaelectricaa) The list is compiled from the great gastronomic centers such as Palermo and the most recent ones such as Chacarita, but also from more satellite neighborhoods to taste the current and traditional porteñoness. The 30 dishes you have to try are: Tenderloin sandwich on La Rambla, Milanese with rice in Loreto, potato omelettes at Condar and Matchstick Kitchen.
