This is a two-story private house with an area of 160 square meters + 60 square meters of balcony. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen, dining area, children's shower, laundry room, bathroom and master bedroom with bathroom.
The design language is characterized by straight and clean lines that combine warm materials with an industrial touch. The carpentry is combined with bleached birch (a type of wood) combined with delicate black iron profiles and white formica in the color of the walls.
