500 spectators watched the popular duck race on the Ilm. Sebastian Rösler's duck from Tandern was the first to reach the finish line.
The 20-year-old won the race with number 813 out of a total of 831 ducks that started. After the award ceremony in front of the Hilgertshausener Juz there should have been coffee and cake, but the unpleasant weather didn't help. The spectators preferred to take the cake home with them.
