92% of Italian students are proud to be in the EU - Ministry of Education and Merit (MIM) 88% of 14-year-old Italian students feel part of the EU against the European average of 81%. 74% see themselves first as European citizens and then as citizens of the world.

But the percentage of ItalianStudents who have complete trust in the national government has decreased significantly: it is 53%, it was 57% in 2016 and 74% in 2009. The data comes from the IeaIccs report.
