Omar Farías Luces, known as the Venezuelan insurance czar, acquired seven luxury homes in Madrid in 2010. He also invested 30 million dollars in a private plane, a boat, two homes in the Caribbean and a horse.

His real estate empire in Spain was forged during the looting of the public energy company between 2007 and 2012. The transactions for the purchase of these last properties were ordered from the Private Bank of Andorra (BPA), where the businessman piloted a racket of 12 accounts.
