A couple is arrested for the death of two little Latino brothers found in a suitcase and a concrete boat in Colorado. Little Jesús and Yesenia Domínguez, ages 5 and 3, had not been seen since 2018 and were never reported missing.
The police found his remains years later. The man was the father of the victims and has a romantic relationship with Minjarez, who is not related to the minors, according to Denver's KUSA network and an NBC News affiliate.
