The video of the Ukrainian lone fighter was released on the occasion of the second anniversary of the Ukraine War. Most recently, Russia's offensive broke the stalemate on the Ukrainian front near Avdiivka. Several sources reported that several hundred soldiers were left wounded there. According to estimates by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyj, 31,000 Ukrainian soldiers died in two years after the start of the war.
