A judge ordered a prepaid company to annul the fee increases allowed by the mega DNU. It was decided by a judge from Concepción del Uruguay in response to the claim of a retiree whose fee was increased by 83 percent.
The precautionary measure extends "the effects collectively to all cases of future adherents who are in the same circumstances with similar fee increases by OSDE" It is a collective protection and could be extended to other OSDE affiliates. Business sources stated that OSDE will surely appeal this first instance ruling.
