Switzerland is organizing a conference on "peace in Ukraine" on June 15 and 16. The conference will take place near Lucerne, in the Bürgenstock hotel complex.
Around 120 countries will be invited, and the United States has confirmed their participation. Switzerland notably held talks with members of the G7, with the EU as well as with representatives of countries such as China, India, South Africa, Brazil, Ethiopia and Saudi Arabia. “A peace process cannot be made without Russia, even if it will not be there during the first meeting", insisted Ignazio Cassis.
