British Foreign Secretary David Cameron will visit the Falkland Islands. Cameron will reiterate his country's commitment to defending the right of the inhabitants of the archipelago to self-determination.

The announcement came just one month after a meeting he had with Javier Milei within the framework of the Davos Forum. Cameron is expected to travel later to Paraguay, where he will be the first Foreign Minister of the United Kingdom to visit that country. He will also travel to Brazil for the G20 meeting - which starts on Wednesday - to discuss climate change.
