Rebecca Grossman, 60, is charged with second-degree murder, manslaughter and hit-and-run. Mark and Jacob Iskander, ages 11 and 8, were rollerblading with their mother and a younger brother when they were hit by Grossman's car.
Prosecutors say Grossman was driving at high speed, negligently and under the influence of alcohol, after having drank one and a half margaritas, and ingested a Valium pill. The defense has suggested that her car was not the first to hit the minors, and that instead, it was the car driven by Erickson.
