The Central Hospital of San Isidro made available to the professionals of the institution a new software that will help detect diseases in radiological images. The idea is that in the future this tool will serve for the detection of Breast Cancer.
This is the first time that AI has been used to detect different problems in the thorax or bones of patients in the northern area of Greater Buenos Aires. It reduces 70% the error in diagnosis and is of great help to the medical staff. It also saves 30% of the time to make the diagnosis.
