A synagogue in Belarus is offered for sale for a starting amount of NIS 45 Israel today. As part of the conditions of the purchase there is a commitment to preserve the historical-cultural value of the building.
In the past it was purchased by a writer from Minsk who had to give it up due to financial problems. It seems that so far the authorities in Minsk have not been able to find the funding to save the building, which has the status of a cultural heritage object.
