A young drunk man flashed at 179km/h on the Bordeaux ring road. He had around 1.26g of alcohol in his blood, the equivalent of six glasses of wine.
His driving license was revoked and he will appear in court in a few months. According to the road safety report, 27.9% of traffic accidents took place on the ring road or on sections of motorway in 2022. Of the 28 killed in the territory, six were on theRing road, including two pedestrians.
