Accident right in front of elementary school. Accident happened around 6:30 a.m.
in Altenerding. The woman told rescue workers that she briefly fell asleep while she was walking on Haager Street towards the railway crossing/old town. As a result, she did not notice the slight deviation in the road and drove head-on over the traffic island. She not only riveted down two signs, but also an entire traffic light pole. The property damage is in the five-figure range.
