Le Havre town hall is shaken by accusations of attacks on integrity. The offices of city councilor and former prime minister Édouard Philippe, as well as those of the urban community, were searched as part of a preliminary investigation.
The investigations were launched following a complaint for “illegal taking of interest’, “embezzlement of public funds’ and “moral harassment” It all started in July 2020 when ÉdOUard Philippe signed a multi-year agreement of objectives entrusting the animation and operation of the Digital City.
