Acting great and former “Tatort” detective Peter Sodann is dead. He died on Friday at the age of 87 in Halle an der Saale.
Sodann played the role of the somewhat grumpy chief inspector for around 15 years, and until 2007 he was in front of the camera for ARD. In the past few months, the German acting world has had to say goodbye to several legends. Actor Elmar Wepper died unexpectedly in the fall. In March, acting great Fritz Wepper, died after a long, serious illness.
