After being imprisoned for gender violence, Ángel Cabrera returns to play the Open of the Republic. He was convicted and imprisoned for 2 years and 8 months for exercising violence against three ex-partners.
Cabrera had already competed in the Abierto del Litoral, in Rosario. He will now do so in the most important national golf tournament, for which the Americans Brian Campbell and Ricky Castillo and the Chilean Cristóbal Del Solar appear as favorites.
