But according to a report, this has so far been unsuccessful. The rate of departure of Ukrainian women from unemployment into employment in January was 1.2 percent on average, even lower than a year ago at 1.7 percent. The unemployment rate among Ukrainian men also fell, from 3.4 in January 2023 to 2.4 percent in January 2024.
