After house searches of members of the "Last Generation", the Berlin police are confronted with charges against the officers involved. Amnesty International described the house search as an "encroachment on fundamental rights" Berlin police, among others, "acted in administrative assistance for the Munich Public Prosecutor's Office and the Bavarian Police", which would lead the investigations.

The investigations into the allegation of coercion will be carried out by the Berlin State Criminal Police Office responsible for "civil servant offences", the police said.
