Victoria Villarruel called a session in the Senate to discuss the mega DNU 70/2023. Kirchnerism has two blocks: National and Popular Front (chaired by José Mayans from Formosa) and Citizen Unity (led by Juliana Di Tullio from Buenos Aires) In total, these two blocks have 33 members, four less than the quorum needed to open a session.
