Agcom, fine to X of over 1 million - for prohibited gambling advertising. Agcom found nine violations, one for each individual account marked with the 'blue check' Agcom also found that only seven of the nine accounts were blocked directly by the platform during the proceedings.
The decision follows those already adopted, again in relation to offenses linked to the ban on gambling advertising committed online, as part of Agcom's enforcement activities. The Communications Regulatory Authority imposed the fine in the absence of Commissioner Elisa Giomi.
