The Government will make official the regulations of the chapter of megaDNU 70/23. The main objective is to grant freedom of choice to the beneficiaries of the health system.
The new system will come into effect on the first day of the second month following the publication of the regulations in the Official Gazette. The prepaid companies warn that the fees could increase as a result of the obligation to contribute 20% of their collection to the Solidarity Redistribution Fund (FSR), which finances the operation of the solidarity system.
