Alternative to right exists, we'll show it in June - Schlein - Politics. Democratic Party (PD) leader Elly Schlein told the 2024 Congress of the Party of European Socialists' (PES) in Rome on Saturday.
"We see a window of change beginning to open in the country, we see that the alternative exists," said Schlein, whose party teamed with the populist 5-Star Movement (M5S) to win lastweek's regional elections in Sardinia. "Change is possible, we have already demonstrated it and together we will demonstrate it in Europe in June," she said.
