Now there is an agreement. The payment card is intended, among other things, to prevent money payments to smugglers. It also states that the benefit authorities can decide for themselves how much cash cardholders can withdraw within a certain period of time. This takes “individual needs and local circumstances’ into account, according to the draft bill.
