Rachid Hafassa, 56, was arrested and placed in police custody on March 27, 2024, in Marseille. The French actor is suspected of having punched a bus driver twice in the face and of having hurled racist insults at him.
The altercation took place around 8 p.m. last Wednesday, rue d'Endoume, in the 7th arrondissement of the Phocaean city. He risks appearing in court for willful violence against a person entrusted with a public service mission.
