After the sudden death of Inouk on March 28 at Marineland in Antibes, It's Enough! initiated emergency proceedings with the Nice administrative court. Already, six months ago, another orca, Moana, died there.

Inouk's death was caused by the accidental ingestion of a metallic foreign body which caused local inflammation as well as disorders of the animal's digestive functions. The association also fears an imminent departure of the two orcas towards Japan. To block any commercial transfer of captive cetaceans from France to abroad – unless it is a solution to a marine refuge – the association contacted the Council of State last January. The latter requests a transfer of the mammals to one of the dolphin pools, in better condition according to Christine Grandjean, the head of the association. She asks the judge to ask the prefecture to put Marineland park on notice within 8 days of the decision to be taken, and to take all useful measures to protect the last two orca still alive.
