A woman rents a ground floor in the Prosperidad area to seven people, most of them Colombians and Venezuelans. For this space of no more than 50 square meters, together they paid about 1,800 euros punctually each month.
At the end of March, the landlady kicked them all out of there. In a quick Idealista search, more than 1,180 rooms are available in Madrid for less than 430 euros. And like them, there are so many migrants who do not exist in the rental market figures.
