Anbi, 'the South risks drought in summer, the North is safe' - Energia & Energie. Massimo Gargano, General Director of Anbi, the association of basin consortia, writes this in his monthly bulletin on the water situation in Italy.
"If in the North, given the situation that is emerging, a summer season without particular water concerns is expected, in the South it is already an emergency", he says. "Increasing the culture of water is essential to accelerate the investments necessary to lead the country towards the new climate scenarios," he adds.
