The community of Andechs has been employing an archivist for a year and a half. Christoph Aschermann looks after the community archive “below the Carl Orff School,” as he says. He found 1,450 units of description when he started. Since then, 170 have been added. Extrapolated, the space under the school will be sufficient for another five years.
