Apartment fire in Solingen under control - nine injured. Three people are killed, including a child.
The fire spread very quickly in the approximately 100-year-old house with wooden ceilings and a wooden staircase. A person jumped out of a window to escape the flames. The number of injured has increased to nine compared to initial information. These include two seriously injured and seven seriously injured. They were found in the attic of the old building. One person is still missing. It is suspected that the dead were members of a family.
