Apartments for NIS 800,000 and priority for reservists: this is what the government housing plan will look like. Ministers Smotrich, Erbel and Goldnoff presented the new project of the government ministries.
The approved plan includes, among other things, expanding the employment of foreign workers in the field of construction and easing permits applications. The highlight of the program, which includes two billion shekels, is the subsidy for apartments in the periphery. The apartments in these areas will not cost more than NIS800,000 per unit, as promised by the Minister of Finance.
