Apple has been slower in implementing generative artificial intelligence, capable of generating human-like responses to written instructions, compared to rivals Microsoft and Google. Just in February, Apple CEO Tim Cook said the company plans to reveal more details about its plans to use generative AI later this year, adding that the company is investing "significantly " in the area.
