The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria is seeking public-private partnerships to develop and implement innovative digital tools in public health. But much more is needed. Designing specific, effective and sustainable solutions requires active engagement with local communities to curb other threats to public health, such as pandemics and antimicrobial resistance.
