As a Munich native, I moved to Berlin: “I had certain ideas about what it had to be like”. Maximilian Lorenz, a native of Munich, has been living in Berlin for two and a half years.

The 31-year-old says he doesn't really fit in either city. “You can really enjoy both. Many people are not aware of this,” says Lorenz. He returns to Munich to perform; many of his friends live there.
