It's the ideal plant to bring flowers to a shady corner of the garden. The duster-shaped inflorescences can be varied in color, between white, yellow, red, purple and all shades of pink. To flourish, astilbes must always be kept in moist soil in the shade or partial shade. They can stay in place for more than 15 years if given the right care.
