At least three soldiers, killed in an ambush in Tepalcatepec, Michoacán. The soldiers, members of the 43rd Military Zone of the Sedena, were attacked by an organized crime commando armed with drones and explosives.
According to the local press, the military convoy passed over a mined road. In the area, there is allegedly a dispute between the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel and a local group called El Abuelo, allied with the Knights Templar.
