Vladimir Putin has so far not attended any ceremony honoring the victims of the attack nor has he visited their families or the injured. The Kremlin reported that the president of Russia feels sorry for what happened and left a striking clarification.
"Even if you don't see tears on his face, it doesn't mean that Putin doesn't suffer," says the Kremlin. According to the latest count by Russian rescuers, at least 144 people were killed and 551 injured in the attack claimed by the jihadist group ISIS-K.
