Vladimir Putin said that all those responsible "will be punished" and denounced that Ukraine "provided the route" for the attackers. He declared March 24 as a day of mourning throughout the country.
"The doctors are fighting for the lives of the injured, I am sure that they will do everything possible and also the impossible to preserve their lives," Putin said. The attack in Moscow has already left 115 dead, according to local reports. The Russian president gave a message to the country after the attack.
