The 48-year-old man, suspected of stabbing his roommate on Monday, could not be heard in custody. He was interned at the Henri-Theillou psychotherapeutic center in Compiègne.
The victim, who suffers from a pneumothorax was Monday, between life and death. The alleged perpetrator of the stabbings had been hosted by the pensioner a few years ago. He would have been known to have mental disorders, says the mayor.
