The president of the Brittany region, Loïg Chesnais-Girard, was quick to welcome this first step. He takes up the idea of former Minister of Justice, Jean-Jacques Urvoas, who recommends rewriting article 73 of the Constitution to offer à la carte statutes for voluntary communities.
